In order to enhance our services, AdviceNow might use non-identifying and aggregate information about responses to clinical outcome assessments and the frequency of utilization of AdviceNow’s services. The anonymous and aggregated data can and will be published through various media outlets, platforms and scientific journals. No personal information will ever be disclosed with these results and AdviceNow will not share anything that could be used to identify a particular user, user’s account, or personal information.

As time progresses, there may be occasions where AdviceNow needs to use customer information for new and unanticipated reasons that were not previously disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Prior to changes in information practices taking effect, the user will be notified about these new practices and procedures and you will have an opportunity to opt-out of these new rules.

While it is necessary for AdviceNow to store your data, we will only store said data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you, the user and others as mentioned above, and for legal protections as required by state and federal law.

AdviceNow may at times access information that has been shared through our services.

Because IP information is necessary to provide the user with services, AdviceNow will only delete a user’s IP information after said user deletes their account.

Some services offered and performed by AdviceNow require a user’s express consent. Such services may include but are not limited to sending promotional material, commercial profiling, behavioral advertising, geo-location, etc. This specific information may be shown on AdviceNow’s website in connection with information supplied by the user.

AdviceNow will provide site visitors access to a description of information about them held by AdviceNow upon request. AdviceNow incorporates industry standard encryption technologies when handling consumer data exchanged on AdviceNow website. Should the user feel that this policy is not following the stated protocol, the user may contact AdviceNow at the address and/or phone number below.

By using services offered by AdviceNow and its website, the user hereby grants AdviceNow a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty free worldwide use of any content deemed intellectual property. In this context, “intellectual property” includes but is not limited to photographs and videos that said user has shared with AdviceNow or other users of the site and those other users have not deleted it. AdviceNow will consider the Intellectual Property license terminated when the user deletes their IP content or their account. However, should a user share this information with another user who has not deleted said Intellectual Property information, the license will still remain active.

Deleting IP content is performed in a similar way as emptying the recycle bin on a computer. Please understand that any removed IP materials may still exist in the form of backup copies for a reasonable period of time. During this period, your IP data will not be available to others.

Users agree that they will not upload viruses, malware or any other malicious code.

User’s account information is strictly confidential and personal to that specific individual user. All users’ of AdviceNow and its services agree to not solicit login information or access an account belonging to another user.

User’s will not bully, harass, and/or intimidate other users.

Users agree that they will not post content that is hateful, threatening, and/or pornographic, incites violence or contains nudity or graphic and gratuitous violence.

Users agree that they will not provide any false information on AdviceNow website.

It is impermissible to create an account for someone without first receiving permission.

Users may only create one personal profile.

Copyrights – AdviceNow’s Copyrights and protecting Other People’s Property rights

AdviceNow prides itself on respecting other people’s rights and we expect our users to do the same. Any action that infringes on the rights of others will be deemed a violation the law. AdviceNow reserves the right to remove any content that it feels is a violation this Privacy Policy, its Terms of Use for its website or the governing law. Unless prior written authorization is first received, the user agrees to not use any copyrighted materials of AdviceNow or otherwise similarly confusing marks.

Before collecting any information from other users of AdviceNow, a user must first receive each individuals consent and make clear that it is you, the user and not AdviceNow who is collecting said information. Additionally, you must post a privacy policy explaining what information is being collected, and how it is being used. Even with consent and privacy policy disclosure, it is impermissible to post anyone’s identification documents or sensitive financial information on AdviceNow.
